An extremely rare and collectible Tiffany Studios New York 'Leaf and Vine Paperweight' glass vase, this piece features a design inspired by the heart-shaped leaves of the honeyvine, rendered in reactive glass, and delicate white flowers formed from millefiori canes. These canes—slices of intricately patterned glass rods—reveal detailed designs in cross-section. Though Tiffany often gravitated toward the exotic, he had a deep appreciation for native flora like the honeyvine, a favorite of the monarch butterfly, and championed such plants on the international stage at world’s fairs.
