1922. In this mansion, the Babcock's entertained King Albert and Queen Elisabeth of Belgium, President William Howard Taft and Gen. John J Pershing ( 1860 -1948). The chandelier was acquired by a private
Pittsburgh resident from the estate of Mrs. Babcock, in 1970.
